—  Piano  —

A classically trained pianist, vocalist, award-winning composer, arranger, and music educator, Joseph brings more than 30 years of experience in teaching, composition, production, and live performance. He works with children, teens, and adults, adapting lessons to each student’s experience, interests, and musical goals. His instruction connects practical performance skills with music theory, creativity, and an understanding of how music is composed and arranged. Joseph believes that every student develops differently. He creates individualized lesson plans that help students strengthen their technique, musical understanding, confidence, and creativity. Students can work toward personal enjoyment, performances, auditions, songwriting projects, composition portfolios, or a stronger foundation in music theory. Lessons are structured around clear goals while allowing students to explore the styles and musical activities that interest them. Each month consists of 4 lessons per month. Make-up lessons are held during 5-week months.

"After taking piano lessons from numerous teachers for almost ten years, I can say that Joseph is by far the best teacher I have ever had. He is an exceptionally talented pianist with a remarkable passion for the art. In every lesson, Joseph brings a joyful, positive disposition and a wealth of musical knowledge that has helped me to grow tremendously as a musician. He truly cares about his students personally and he is an incredibly kind and loyal friend. Most of all, Joseph has pushed me to invest the time necessary to grow as a musician. His excitement for music is infectious and he inspires me to continue practicing every day to improve.  I cannot thank Joseph enough for the gift of music that he has given me."
